Wish you were here

Snatching some winter sunshine in Barbados, we watch all the selfies going on and I wonder: which is more real to those people, the here and now, or some corner of cyberspace? And so the poem ‘Wish you were here’ In case you don’t know - ‘Bajan’ (pronounced bay-jan) is short for ‘Barbadian’ (of or pertaining to Barbados) and is what Bajans call themselves.
